fantastic city stay

i had a big, clean room on a high floor offering a good view. breakfast was tasty , cooked to order. the room had a spacious wardrobe and a useful table.

awesome room great gym helpful staff

I thought that the room was awesome. The gym was great and the pool too. Staff were very helpful. I had a good time at this hotel and I very grateful.

The room was a little small. The whole room was cute, I thought.

balanced stay near southern cross station

friendly staff early arrival breakfast selection sewage smell street noise uneven bed

the staff were very friendly upon my arrival, i felt welcomed. i was given helpful information about the surrounding area and local attractions. they stored my bags without any problems, this made my early arrival very convenient. i appreciated their help and knowledge. the bar offered a variety of drinks. the breakfast selection had several good choices, i especially enjoyed the poached eggs. the presentation of the dishes was nice, it looked very fancy.

My room on the 9th floor had a sewage smell, i noticed it each time i entered. the noise from the street below was loud. It sounded like a nightclub was right outside the window. i think it came from a speaker at the kebab shop across the street. It was sorted out in the morning. the bed seemed to dip down on one side. it was uncomfortable.

the location was convenient it was easy to access the nearby areas. staff were present and accommodating. the rooms were satisfactory.

the housekeeping was not thorough the hand tissues were not replenished. the floor was not vacuumed and i noticed hair from a previous day. sitting on the bed revealed dust particles in the air.

useless mirror head trauma

The location was acceptable, being near transportation. It met my bare minimum expectations.

The room was as designed by someone who never intend use the bathroom. The sink sat under a shelf, nearly guaranteeing head trauma during face washing. The magnifying mirror was uselessly positioned, blocked by soap dispensers and the sink itself. One had to place clothes on the closed toilet lid during showers. Disgusting.
